Sales Advisor – New Homes
Location: Barnstaple North Devon 
Type: Full-time, Permanent
Hours: 37.5 hours per week ideally Thursday - Monday ( 1 weekend off a month )
starting at 10.00am - 5.00pm
Salary - £28,382 Basic, OTE of £50k


About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Sales Advisor to join a growing team in Branstaple.
Based in the sales office you will be the first point of contact for prospective buyers, you will play a pivotal role in guiding them through their journey of purchasing a new home.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Build and maintain relationships with potential buyers, understanding their needs and providing tailored advice.
  • Oversee the sales process from initial inquiry to home handover, ensuring a seamless experience.
  • Maintain show homes and sales offices to the highest standards, reflecting our brand's quality.
  • Respond promptly to sales leads and following them up
  • Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends and competitor offerings.
  • Work towards achieving sales targets and maximising revenue for each property.

  • Sales Experience: Proven experience in a sales or customer service role, preferably within housebuilding, estate agency
  • Relationship Building: Ability to establish and maintain strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Market Knowledge: Understanding of the construction and property markets and their driving factors.
  • Negotiation Skills: Capability to negotiate effectively to maximise revenue.
  • Driving Licence: A full, valid driving licence is essential due to the nature of the role.
