Associate Urban Designer, Cambridge £50k - £60k + DOE

Exciting opportunity for an Associate / Director Urban Designer to join a well-established national consultancy in the development sector. You will be joining the team to pursue and develop growth opportunities within the region.

You will be accountable to promote, develop and win new business, liaising the Directors whilst leading and developing a talented team of designers and be responsible for the financial management. This consultancy work mainly within residential developments and the occasional high end master planning for commercial projects.

With ten offices located around the UK this is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a leading consultancy working on some of the country’s highest profile development proposals.

Requirements

• Hold a relevant degree within Urban Design
• Proven track record in winning and developing new business
• Have a network of clients and be knowledgeable within the local area
• Extensive experience within a design practice  working in Urban Design and master planning
• To deliver all stages of the project independently from conception through to planning, feasibility, master planning, briefs, design & access statements
