Senior Architectural Technologist, Birmingham, £38k - £45k DOE

Exciting opportunity for a Senior Architectural Technologist to join a well-established national consultancy in the development sector. You will  have a track record in Business development and play a key part in developing their network .

With 10 offices across the UK and specialising in all aspects of the planning process, you will be supported in an office environment however also have the flexibility to work from home.

Responsibilities

• Manage projects and consultants through all stages
• Business development
• Carry out AutoCAD based drawing tasks as appropriate, producing drawings from notes and amend incoming drawings as required
• Following company procedures and those concerning quality assurance
• Collecting data on site including conducted measured surveys
• Prioritise work in consultation with the relevant Team Managers/Associates
• Liaise and communicate with different consultants

Requirements

• Highly proficient in AutoCAD/Vectorworks
• Extensive experience working within a housebuilder or Architectural practice in the residential sector
• Project Management
• Up to date on UK’s building regulations
• Flexible attitude with strong verbal and written communication skills
• Experience of working in a team, individually and with sub contractors
• Experience in producing planning application packages
• Conducting measured building surveys and production of survey drawings
