Working on a busy project at Plymouth Dockyard, supporting the Office with general Administration and office support.

Duties will include:

• Support all the project team members with Administration support
• Answer telephone calls, enquiries and requests 
• Support staff in assigned project-based work
• Ensure that internal company relationships with other departments, 
• Offer ideas for improving the service you offer or the processes for which you are responsible for
• Keeping up to date with industry changes and legislation 
• Providing feedback to the team
• Attend meetings and reviews / Take minutes
• Organising the post and office supplies
• Attend CPD events where applicable

• Highly computer literate in all Microsoft office applications 
• Experience of managing and maintaining database
• Excellent oral and written communication skills and strong inter-personal skills 
• Worked within Administration support - ideally within the construction sectors
• Minute taking experience 
• Experience of working within a small team and can prioritise your own workload
• Positive good inter-personal communication
