Architectural Technologist, Southampton - £30k - £40k DOE

Exciting opportunity for an Architectural Technologist with around 5 -10 years’ experience to join a consultancy based in the centre of Southampton. Well established local practice with a small team of 10 working mainly in Leisure, retail and hospitality with some work in commercial and larger scale residential projects.

The Role:

• Producing working drawing packages
• Liaising with consultants and clients
• Lead and manage technical design projects
• Attending site meetings
• Measured surveys and site inspections
• Vectorworks software skills is preferred but not mandatory
• Excellent communication skills and work well in a team and independently
• Previous project sector experience on the above required
• Technical ability and capability to take full responsibility for own workload
• Relevant Architectural qualification
• In practice experience essential
