Location: Weston‑super‑Mare
Pay: £13.19/hour, immediate full‑time start
3 months Temp booking
Join a leading social housing provider dedicated to meeting community housing needs and supporting local businesses in Weston Super Mare.
This three‑month, full‑time contract offers an immediate start and allows you to contribute to vital administrative operations.
As an Administrator, you will scan, process, and organise documentation with precision, maintain structured filing systems both physical and digital, and support the housing operations team with general administrative tasks. You will regularly use Microsoft 365 applications (including Word, Excel, and Outlook), SharePoint, and Adobe Acrobat/Pro. You must ensure data integrity and confidentiality in all document handling.
Ideal candidates will have experience in document-heavy administrative roles, strong working knowledge of SharePoint, Microsoft 365 and Adobe tools, and be exceptionally organised, reliable, and detail-oriented. The ability to multitask and support various administrative functions efficiently is essential, alongside a commitment to accuracy and discretion with sensitive information.
