A well established leading Property Business has a brand new project in Exeter.  Based on the outskirts of Exeter in modern offices with free parking. 

This thriving company are working on a new build high end project whereby the Site Administrator will undertake the following duties:

• Procurement duties, coordination of subcontractors
• Preparing subcontract applications and clarifying requirements 
• Liaising with Suppliers and managing material and plant orders
• Preparing reports and general support Administration 
• Producing H&S Files and distributing handover packs/Information
• Liaising with Building control and Site inspection documents

• Excellent communication skills, self motivated and proactive 
• Good IT skills and can use Microsoft packages as well as pick up new systems
• Commercial awareness ideally have a background within Construction/Housing
