Reporting into the Contracts Manager as a Document controller you will ensure that all documents are controlled and processed and delivered on time.
Duties and Responsibilities !
Liaising with colleagues and clients to supply document support
Manage document control process efficiency and successfully
Have complete understanding of the document control process and delivery
Manage others to support the document control process
Handling the supply chain throughout the process
Complete clarity of the document requirements on the projects
Manage all IT systems line for the Document Control process
Ensuring all the checks process in place for document control
Experience within Document Control is essential as well as managing and maintaining specific E-Systems/portals. Have the ability to work well either alone or as part of a team and will prioritise to ensure documents are controlled and deadline are met
All applicants must be able to complete and obtain a security clearance and obtain an advanced DBS certificate. A valid UK driving licence is required.
