A well-established leading Engineering company in South Hams are looking for a HR/Marketing Manager to work support the Directors and Manage a small team.
Duties will include:
Manage and organise HR function to include the company benefits and awards
Plan and manage new strategies for marketing and branding for their business
Creative and design marketing materials
Recruitment for the business and putting recruitment strategies in place
Provide a high level of service to employees and support
Support the team Managers and assist with any employee queries
Manage 4 members of a team
The ideal candidate:
HR Management experience
Experience within recruitment aspects
Ideally CIPD qualified
Professional and proactive
Excellent relationship building and can lead a team
