Working for a leading Commercial Property company within their new offices based in Plymouth. This is an exciting opportunity to join a friendly team and grow within the property sector. Acting as the first point of contact for clients you will provide efficient administrative support to the team/Surveyors.
Duties and responsibilities will include:
To ensure the smooth day to day operation of the office
Organising and attending Meetings
Managing electronic documents opening of job folders
Undertaking research, preparing reports and electronic plans
Typing up Audio Typing notes
Sorting post and transferring telephone calls
Generating and analysing data for internal reports
Attending sites and offices as required
Liaising with internal/external suppliers, contractors, and consultants
Experience/Qualifications required
Experience working within property or a similar environment
Technical administration and office management experience
High level of attention to detail with strong report writing skills
Good IT skills and Excellent Microsoft Office 365 experience
Must have experience of Audio reporting/Typing
Excellent Communication skills
The successful candidate will be an organised team player and possess a positive and flexible attitude to work. They will have experience and a keen interest in commercial property, and a desire to build on their strong administrative background and develop their skills in a property environment with and the opportunity to showcase their client facing and problem-solving skills.
