Working for a leading Facilities provider in North Bristol as a temporary Helpdesk Operator which could potentially lead to a permanent role.
Working 37.5 hours a week and reporting into the Helpdesk Supervisor, your main responsibilities will be to operate the Helpdesk and logging calls on to the system.
Other duties will include, issue work sheets to school site teams and monitor each task through to completion as well as produce reports and support the FM team with Administration tasks
