Working for a leading FM Contractor in Exeter. Based on the outskirts of Exeter close to good transport links and free parking. Working hours Monday - Friday 8.00am - 2.00pm.
Seeking a professional Administrator to support the team with general administration.
Your Duties will include:
Keeping project folders up to date and maintaining site filing systems
First point of contact in the site team, meeting and greeting visitors and answering the telephone
Assisting the project Manager with general tasks and managing office supplies/pots and arranging and organising meetings
Document controller between other offices
Liaising with Sub contractors and clients as and when required
Record electronically site staff rotas, sickness and holidays
Assisting in the collation of site information and the compilation of various reports (Health & Safety/Environmental/CSR/Waste figures)
Administration of the project management folder
The right candidate would have experience working within a similar role previously, ideally within Construction/Factilties Management but not essential.
You must have excellent customer liaison skills with the ability to develop positive working relationships, be Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office and excellent IT skills, Excellent written and verbal communication skills and be Professional approach to all aspects of work.
