Working for a Regional Civils Contractor on a large Project based out of their Plymouth office. Joining as a Document Controller to assist the Project Team with all Document Control for a large project.
As a Document Controller you will ensure that all documents are controlled and processed and delivered on time.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Assisting with the delivery of submissions of documents
Managing the production of documents and project Coordination
Using management systems , including Autodesk Vault and BIM 360
Providing customer focused approach to document management
Delivery of documents and ensuring they meet deadlines
Working within a busy site team
Producing and compiling documents, weekly report and O&M manuals, presentations etc
Experience required:
Document Management experience within Construction/Civils
Good understanding of DC systems
Computer literate and proficient within Microsoft packages
Knowledge of submissions and scanning documents
Focused, self motivated and can work within a team
Can prioritise to ensure documents are controlled and deadlines are met
All applicants must be able to complete and obtain a security clearance and obtain an advanced DBS certificate.
