A leading Consultancy have a requirement for an Administrator to work for a leading company in Plymouth city centre. Working in the Commercial Team assisting with a variety of tasks and assiting the fee earners.
Responibilties:
Putting together marketing information and mailing out to clients, inputting viewings
Updating spreadhsheets & general invoicing
formatting reports and general Administration
Organising inspections and viewings
Chasing fee earners & assisting with reports
Liasing with the team and handling general enquires
Organising inspections and viewings
Formatting reports
Attending Viewings as and when required
Obtaining comparables and presenting in a suitable format
Ensuring the key system is up to date
Skills:
Excelent communicator and confident telephone mannor
Very good IT skills – working knowledge of Office 365 to enable formatting in word, excel and powerpoint.
Able to work in a fast-paced environment
Previous experience within a property enviroment preferred but not essential
Previous administrative experience is essential
Driving licence and car to undertake viewings. work mileage paid
Organised, focused and a teamplayer
This is a contract role, A hybrid arrangement between office and home can be required for a minimum of two days per week in the office, more may be required depending on workload. Excellent Benefits and the chace to work in a growing company in Plymouth.
