New Business/Marketing Coordinator
Working for a leading Construction Company in the South West within the Commercial/Operations Team.
A great opportunity for a Flexible motivated candidate to provide Bid support along with working with the marketing and Customer relations team.
As a New Business/Marketing Coordinator your duties will be:
- Assisting Tenders and concise prequalification and tender submissions
- Assist with writing customer and bid focused market leading responses
- Manage and contribute to the preparation and submission
- Chasing Subcontractors for return of quotes
- Manage all aspects of the production, receipt and distribution of marketing material, including, social media, company website and internal communications
- Support external consultants and sales agents in promoting our activities
- Liaise and appoint external suppliers
- Create marketing material to promote projects and development of the business
As a New Business/Marketing Coordinator you will be:
- Excellent communicator
- Experience working within a similar role ideally construction
- Ability to engage and build effective relationships with all stakeholders and interested parties
- Can work alone or within a team.
- Marketing/Creative background - Social Media
