A thriving regional Contractor with a vast portfolio of largely private sector works is seeking to enhance their existing team on site in Plymouth with the addition of a Finishing Supervisor/Manager.
Currently engaged on a large accommodation build, they are in need of a finishing biased candidate with sound trades knowledge and previous experience of delivering residential new build works.
As the Finishing Supervisor/Manager, you would be overseeing specialist trades, signing off quality and compliance using specialist snagging software and working with the Senior Managers to ensure good communication, H & S compliance and timely delivery of the scheme.
In addition to previous experience, you'll need a CSCS card and it is expected you would also have SSSTS/SMSTS and First aid at work. Previous knowledge of online snagging software advantageous.
This imminent start contract is due to run until April/May so presents an excellent opportunity to join a great business on an exciting project and enjoy a good contract duration.
