Part 2 Architect, Cardiff £25k - £30k DOE
Exciting and rare opportunity for a Part 2 Architect to join a well reputable Architectural consultancy in the centre of Cardiff
You will be in a fully supportive environment to progress to become a fully qualified Architect working across a variety of projects at different stages.

The Role:
• Assist on creating the brief to colleagues
• Liaising with other members of the design team
• Working towards the latest building regulations and technical standards
• Solving any issues that may arise
• Working towards fixed budgets and times deadlines
• Assist on planning applications and appeals
• Visit site for inspections
• Excellent technical and design skills
• Strong working knowledge of UK Planning policies and building regulations
• Part 2 qualification
• Revit experience preferred however not essential as full in house training will be provided
