Quantity Surveyor – Devon
An opportunity has arisen to join a leading a main contractor responsible for large value projects across the region. As the Quantity Surveyor working with this leading contractor, you will manage the commercial resources of the assigned projects to maximise cashflow and margin of a wide range of projects including education, health, defence, leisure and hospitality.

Responsibilities:

• To support the project team with commercial and contractual expertise
• Assess, review and mitigate Commercial and Contractual risks
• Implement policies for risk management
• Preparation and presentation of monthly Cost Reports
• Value works executed by Sub-Contractors
• Certify interim and final payments 

• Tier One commercial background
• Degree qualified within Quantity Surveying
• Proficient use of Microsoft Packages
• A full UK driving licence
