This position requires an individual who has first class customer service skills, the ability to build great rapport and experience to undertake and coordinate administrative tasks.
Working within one of the most desirable locations on the outskirts of Exeter, the company provide workspaces and business facilities in various locations across the South West and due to expansion, are now seeking an individual to provide front of house duties and business service support for their flagship development.
The role:
is extremely varied with duties to include:
- Welcoming and directing visitors
- Managing and coordinating the mailbox and post room
- Answering and resolving any tenant queries and issues
- Operating the diary, booking and preparing meeting rooms
- Assisting the Centre Manager and attending weekly Estate meetings
- Taking and recording meter readings
- Undertaking various H & S checks and Fire Alarm testing
- Checking service areas are clean & tidy
- Stock checking & ordering
The person:- An outgoing, professional person who is team-orientated with great customer service skills.
- Previous reception experience ideally within a business services setting
- Good administrative and IT skills
