Small Works Manager – Torquay
An opportunity has arisen to join a well-established and reputable contractor as a Small Works Manager on a permanent basis. Types of works include refurbishments of commercial units, Education and Healthcare schemes across the region valuing up to £100k. This position will involve commercial activities.

Responsibilities:

• Provide support to the Project Management team
• Attending site visits/client meetings
• Ensuring all costs associated with a job/project are closely monitored
• Calculating labour and materials
• Managing the resources required to deliver projects on time and within budget
• Planning & Delivery

• Experience of working in a similar role
• Commercial awareness
• Trade background
• SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid at Work
• UK Driving Licence
