Architect, Bristol £35k - £45k DOE

An Architect is required for a medium sized vibrant, award winning Architectural practice.  

The practice is in a fantastic location in Bristol city centre with a young dynamic friendly team who enjoy working together. Working in a variety of commercial projects and high end residential including modern contemporary new builds and exciting bespoke projects.

The practice are looking for an Architect of all levels from a newly qualified up to associate, working across all RIBA stages in a variety of projects and responsibilities. 

A successful candidate will find themselves working on a variety of commercial and residential projects, this is a design led practice therefore  you will need to have excellent design skills as well as technical ability.

The Ideal Candidate:

• Experienced working from conception through to completion
• Excellent drawing and presentation skills
• Qualified ARB / RIBA Architect
• Experience in Vectorworks is preferred however not essential
• A thorough knowledge of UK Building Regulations is essential
• UK Based experience is essential
• Client focused attitude with excellent interpersonal skills
• Attend regular meetings
• Prepare and develop planning and construction drawings, surveys, plans, specifications, drawings and images
• All RIBA stage experience
• Large scale residential, commercial, refurbishment and extension experience4
