Administrator (Part-time Bristol City Centre)
Part-time hours 3 – 4 days a week ( can be flexible to accommodate school hours )

We’re seeking an organised, proactive Administrator to join a friendly engineering team in Bristol. This varied role is ideal for someone who enjoys supporting others and keeping things running smoothly.
What You’ll Do
You will be reliable, approachable and great at prioritising. You’ll have excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail and a positive, can-do attitude. You’re comfortable with IT (Word, Excel, Outlook) and ideally have experience with invoicing software such as Xero. You work well with others and enjoy being part of a supportive team. Must be able to draft or edit documents and emails to a high standard and have a flexible, proactive approach to problem solving. Being adaptable and have a natural ability to support and help others and be a good problem solver.

What You’ll Do
- Manage internal systems and assist with operational admin tasks
- Support marketing and social media activity
- Raise and track customer invoices
- Help with office supplies, facilities coordination and general administration
- Assist with HR tasks, including new starter inductions and liaising with HR consultants
- Arrange meetings, prepare agendas, distribute minutes
- Produce marketing materials including bid submissions, case studies, brochures and newsletters
- Assist with quality accreditation process & liaising with IT consultant to communicate any IT issues
