Rare and exciting opportunity to join a small dynamic Architectural consultancy specialising in high-end luxury residential projects located across the south east. These prestigious projects are varied in style and the practice’s diverse portfolio is representative of their client-lead design philosophy.

The opportunity would suit an Architectural Technologist who has a minimum of 3 years in practice experience and is motivated to deliver refined technical solutions which complement and enhance the design. There is an opportunity for the right candidate to drive the technical department and make it their own, therefore you will need to be driven, self-directed and motivated.

This is a flexible, modern and agile Architectural consultancy offering a very exciting opportunity to join their upbeat, friendly and evolving team with a generous benefits package.

Responsibilities and requirements:

  • You will be working and overseeing technical drawings, including Building Regulations compliance packs, tender issues, construction details, schedules and specifications.
    • Technical ability within the residential sector is preferred
    • Capability to take responsibility for multiple projects running in parallel and manage workload accordingly
    • Visit site and provide internal / external technical advice during construction stages
    • Excellent communication skills, self-driven and motivated
    • Team player and to be invested in the practice and its friendly culture
    • UK based experience is mandatory
    • Relevant degree or other qualifications
