Architectural Technologist, Torquay up to £40k DOE

Opportunity to join a creative and friendly consultancy working in diverse and interesting projects across the UK.

This is a medium size consultancy based in a beautiful location, offering a great opportunity for a technologist to be working across a wide range of projects to include  commercial, leisure, hotels, hospitality and shopping centres throughout all stages.

Revit experienced is mandatory, there is flexibility to work from home however you will be expected to visit the office. Due to the nature of the projects you will need to be creative, imaginative and have initiative.

The Role:

• Producing working drawing packages
• Liaising with consultants and clients
• Lead and manage technical design projects
• Attending site meetings
• Measured surveys and site inspections
• Contract administration and job running
• Proficient in Revit is preferred however not mandatory
• Excellent communication skills and work well in a team and independently
• Previous experience working on hotels, commercial or a variety of project sectors
• Technical ability and capability to take full responsibility for own workload
• Architectural degree
• A minimum of a couple of years industry experience is required within the UK
