Architectural Technologist, Stratford Upon Avon, £25k - £35k DOE

Exciting opportunity for an Architectural Technician to join a Chartered Architectural practice with an established reputation creating high quality designs.

The right candidate will be working on numerous projects from initial concept through to completion within the residential, commercial and education sectors. You will need to have strong technical skills  and be proficient within Revit and AutoCAD.

Responsibilities and role:

• Assist with the preparation of planning drawings and planning applications
• Produce detailed drawings, and specifications, building regulations, tender document
• Attending regular meetings with clients and contractors
• Excellent communication skills and high attention to detail
• Proficiency in Revit an AutoCAD are a mandatory requirement
• Relevant Architectural degree
• UK based experience
