A regional contracting & development business delivering high quality construction services throughout the South West in the Residential, Education, Health and Commercial sectors, is seeking to expand their successful team with the addition of a new Site Manager.
Initially engaged on a high rise, RC frame apartment block in Plymouth, it is envisaged you would have previous resi and main contracting experience together with the necessary SMSTS, CSCS and First aid at work tickets.
Au fait with running schemes/packages from inception to completion (to include enabling and groundworks), you should be confident in sub-contractor management, client liaison, quality control and health and safety and be happy reporting into a site based Project Manager.
