A fantastic opportunity has arisen to join a thriving contracting business and manage a school refurbishment scheme on the Exeter outskirts starting imminently.
The projects, a refurbishment with some externals/cladding replacements, and lighting upgrades is due to run until September
We are in need of an experienced Site Manager to manage the works, ensuring a timely delivery, whilst maintaining strict H & S standards and a positve client experience.
SMSTS, CSCS & First aid will be essential as is a proven track record of independently delivering similar schemes. Current DBS helpful though we can process if required and a Trade background would be advantageous.
