An innovative and adaptable Construction services provider is seeking an experienced Site Manager for a commercial refurbishment programme about to commence in Exeter.
The firm, who have a demonstrable track record across Leisure, Accommodation, Commercial and Hospitality sectors, is seeking to strengthen their existing team on an exciting project due to commence shortly.
Previous refurbishment/fit-out experience (CAT A/CAT B Ideally) and the usual site tickets (SMSTS, CSCS Card and First aid at work) are essential for this short term contract which could pave the way, subject to performance and contractor’s workload, to other opportunities thereafter.
