There is a great opportunity for a proactive Graduate Quantity Surveyor to join a forward construction management consultancy based either in their established Exeter office, or in their brand new Cornwall office!

In the last 2 years they have nearly doubled their turnover as a business in the South West. Off the back of this success they are expanding their presence in the region and have just opened a brand new office in Cornwall! With a number of key established clients in the area and a strong pipeline of work already in place, they are looking for a dynamic and driven Graduate Quantity Surveyor assist on a variety of challenging and prestigious local projects and become an integral part of their exciting growth plans and continuing success.
The practice have a wide range of interesting projects covering the Education, Health, Higher Education, Blue Light and Commercial sectors. You will be working alongside experienced experts in their field, involved in delivering a full range of pre and post contract quantity surveying services on a variety of projects and you will be trained to satisfy the APC requirements of the RICS. They offer an approved structured APC training programme supported by in house RICS trained Assessors, Counsellors and Supervisors. Most importantly they boast an exceptional APC pass rate.
