A well established construction consultancy with four offices across the South of England and an outstanding local reputation are looking for an ambitious and talented Assistant / Graduate Quantity Surveyor to join their busy and successful head office in Exeter.
Situated in an impressive listed property just outside of the city centre with free parking, this is a highly desirable location to work. There is a relaxed, family feel to the business with plenty of support from experienced professionals in their field to guide you through the RICS APC process and beyond.
The company offers a range of construction consultancy services including Quantity Surveying, Project Management, CDM and Principle Design, Party Wall, Dispute Resolution Arbitration and Expert Witness. They are currently working on a wide range of projects valued from £500k up to £10m; covering a variety of sectors including Residential, Education, Healthcare and Commercial. As an Assistant or Graduate Quantity Surveyor joining the team you will gain excellent exposure to the various aspects of these projects.
The ideal individual will be highly motivated with strong communication skills and a hold relevant construction degree, ideally RICS accredited. If you do not have any practical experience you must be able to demonstrate a solid understanding of what the role of a Quantity Surveyor entails, with the drive and commitment to develop a long term career within a company that invest heavily in their staff from day one.
