Labourer / Skilled Labourer (CSCS Card Required)

I am seeking a Labourer/Skilled Labourer to join a great team in plymouth for a long term role, offering up to a years worth of work. The position is available for an immediate start and requires a valid CSCS card.

Location: Plymouth
Duration: Up to 12 months
Start: ASAP

OVERVIEW
In this role you will be a right hand person to both the site manager and project manager, assisting with smooth day to day operations on site. This is a customer facing role, so good communication skills are essential.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• General site maintenance - Filling skips and tidying
• Assissting trades people 
• Locking up and ensuring site security
• Checking materials and reporting shortages
• Acting as the eyes and ears for site managers, identifying problems and improvements
