A Global Construction & Civil Engineering Main contractor have created an opportunity for a Senior Senior Commercial Manager to join a 1.2bn. London Project.
The project is the construction of a new Energy Recovery Facility which will transform tonnes of waste from landfill every year and unlock one of the largest low-carbon district heat networks in London.
This £1.2bn facility will treat up to 700,000 tonnes of waste and provide enough electricity to power over 127,000 homes within the local area.
As an experienced Commercial Professional you will have previous experience of working on Heavy Civil Engineering Projects. You will be responsible for managing a commercial team to include junior surveyors.
With demonstrable knowledge of NEC forms of contracts and previous experience of managing the commercial performance of schemes. You will build excellent working relationships both with the Commercial team as well as the clients ensuring open and clear channels of communication at all times.
As a senior member of staff you will be able to develop and mentor others, both through your experience and your coaching approach to management and hold behaviours as a key to forming sustainable relationships.
