An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Site Agent to join a major civil engineering project in Bath.

Working on a busy infrastructure scheme, you'll be responsible for leading site operations, managing subcontractors and ensuring works are delivered safely, on programme and to the highest quality standards.
The Role

• Lead site teams and subcontractors on a daily basis
• Plan and coordinate construction activities
• Monitor progress against programme and report any issues
• Deliver daily site briefings and oversee subcontractor task briefings
• Maintain accurate site records, daily diaries and as-built information
• Attend client meetings and provide delivery updates
• Manage programme updates and formal communications
• Ensure full compliance with Health, Safety, Environmental and Quality standards

About You

• Proven experience as a Site Agent within civil engineering or highways
• Strong NEC contract experience
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• Commercial awareness and programme management experience
• Experience managing subcontractors and delivering projects safely
• SMSTS and CSCS essential
