Are you certified SMSTS and First Aid Civils Biased Site Manage looking for a new opportunity based in Plymouth on a contract basis?

RGB are delighted to be supporting a Southwest based Construction Contractor who are seeking an experienced Site Manager to manage the civils aspects of a new build high end leisure facility with carpark and amenities. 

 

We are seeking a Site Manager who has experience of working on challenging sites who isn't easily phased. The land was decimated in the Second World War so there is a need for someone who can problem solve and think outside of the  box and find effective solutions that the project continues to run to plan on time and in budget liaising with local authorities.

 

The project is set to run from the end of August to December 2025 so can offer a good opportunity to work on the project from the start.

 


Applicants must have:

• Experience of steel framed office buildings & Industrial units
• Previous Supervisor / Management experience within the Civil Engineering and/or Groundworks sector
• Commercially and contractually aware with sound negotiation skills
• Excellent technical construction knowledge and understanding

Site qualifications:

• SMSTS
• First Aid
• HSE Training
• Confined space
•  

This is a great opportunity to really put your stamp on the scheme, as you'd be involved at the very beginning of the project which offers long term contract potential. essential that you have a valid Gold or Black CSCS card.


The contract could be up to December 2025 and they are looking for someone to start the first week in September.
