An award winning Contractor with a strong pipeline of work in the South West marketplace is seeking to supplement an existing site team on a large extension and conversion scheme in the heart of Plymouth!
The scheme, currently underway and programmed until next summer, requires an experienced, adaptable Site Manager with sound awareness of Main contracting schemes to join and supplement thier existing team.
Responsible for a range of duties including Inductions and Health & Safety management, Sub-contractor organisation and co-ordination and general Quality assurance, You should have a proven track record of performing this role within a main contracting environment previously and should also have a Black (or Gold) CSCS card, SMSTS, and First Aid at work certificates.
Technically apt, you should have a good eye for detail, great organisational skills and have a motivation to deliver to programme, budget and quality standards. Previous public Sector orAcademic project experience advantageous.
A competitive PAYE/PAYE Umbrella rate is available.
