The Project Manager will use their experience across a multitude of sectors to be able to support the delivery of Project Management and Programme Management Services. It would be desirable for you to have experience of the both Education sector and the Residential sector.
Responsibilities for the role:
Supporting Business Unit Directors
Maintaining excellent Customer relationships
Delivering high quality services
Managing projects / programmes to deliver high quality services and deliverables
Administering contracts as a contract administrator, employers agent or project manager
Producing and presenting to Customers and identifying new business opportunities
Managing service delivery for profit
Good evidence of Project Management and /or Programme Management
Good knowledge and practiced experience of Project Management techniques
Clear understanding of legislation impacting on building contracts
Excellent communication skills
Excellent problem solving, negotiating, financial and numeracy skills
Excellent MS Outlook, Word, Excel and Powerpoint knowledge
Ideally you will have MRICS, MAPM (consideration will be given to those who are working towards Chartership within these)
