Project Manager – Bristol – Up to £45k + benefits
Great opportunity for an ambitious Project Manager to work for one of the world’s leading independent property and construction consultancies, based in their vibrant Bristol office.
This is an excellent time to join a dynamic team of experts in their field and become an integral part of their growing success. You will be closely involved in the delivery of an array of exciting commercial projects right from inception through to competition.
Current live projects include retail schemes, city centre office developments and infrastructure projects for large housing providers. As a regional office there is no real focus a particular sector, the role therefore offers a real mix of projects; most of which are local to Bristol city centre.
The ideal candidate will hold a relevant construction degree and will have achieved Chartered status with a professional body such as RICS/APM/CIOB or be working towards this. You should have a strong background in construction with a proven track record in project management, ideally gained within a comparable consultancy environment. You must also be confident in a client facing role.
