Civil Engineer

Exciting opportunity to join a small civil engineering team out of the Plymouth office of a large engineering consultancy, working on a wide range of sectors or varying values.

You would be employed as a Civil Engineer, focusing on the design of infrastructure, drainage and highway projects – working alongside the Structures team. Working closely with the Principal Engineer in house, you would have a fantastic progression route throughout the company in the years to come.

You’ll join a busy and young team, on a variety of projects from retail to leisure, to commercial build.

The role:

You’ll be working on a mixture of Infrastructure and Drainage design, using MicroDrainage/Flow, AutoCAD, and Civil/Site 3D.

• Hands-on design and co-ordination
• Work on the busy pipeline whilst winning local work
• Liaising with local authorities
• Working close with clients and delivering high-quality engineering solutions

 

We are looking for someone with a few years relevant experience within civils design, based commutable to Plymouth.
