Quality & Coordination Manager – Repairs & Maintenance
📍 London (3 days office-based, 2 days flexible)
💷 Up to £65,000 per annum (depending on experience)

A senior role responsible for the day to day management of Quality and Co-ordination of the 3 areas of operation for Homecare, Repairs, Compliance & Complaints/Disrepair working under the direction and supporting the Senior Commercial Manager.

We’re seeking an experienced Quality & Coordination Manager to join a busy and growing Repairs & Maintenance team. With a balance of operational oversight and strategic input, this role is key to driving both quality and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate workflows across the Repairs & Maintenance service.
- Ensure timely delivery of high-profile works with consistent quality standards.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to achieve service excellence.
- Apply strong project management skills to ensure smooth, efficient delivery.
- Drive a culture of continuous improvement and customer-focused service delivery.

- Proven experience in repairs and maintenance environments.
