Off the back of one of their busiest and best years' to date they are urgently seeking a dynamic Quantity Surveyor to join their team in Plymouth.
With a full range of services that include Quantity Surveying, Building Surveying and Project Management, their portfolio of projects range from innovative, award winning multi million pound schemes to refurbishments and private properties.
You will be involved in an amble and diverse range of projects, overseeing all aspects of the cost management from inception to completion ensuring the surveying function is delivered to the highest level of service.
Ideally chartered or working towards this, the successful candidate will have PQS experience, a solid career history, strong communication skills and a passion for construction. Additional project management experience and knowledge would be advantageous.
