Due to expansion we are currently seeking a motivated and personable individual for a busy Trades and Labour desk. As one of our core business sectors, the desk offers a wealth of opportunity with new and existing clients, repeat business and cross-sell prospects.
A bit about you...
We’re in need of an experienced Recruiter that has previous knowledge of a Blue collar Temp desk, ideally within Construction. You’ll be familiar with candidate selection and compliance processes, have sound business development skills and the ability to be able to negotiate and communicate effectively with a wide range of people.
Highly motivated, you’ll need to be driven and focussed – the market is busy and competitive so you’ll need to be confident in fighting your corner!
