A fantastic opportunity has arisen to join a leading social housing provider based in Cornwall as the Retrofit Coordinator to assist with the development of energy efficiency strategies relating to their properties and energy works.
Further responsibilities would include:
Ensuring energy data is collected and processed accurately
To report on energy improvements as required and upload this to various database systems
To analyse property energy data and devise programmes to allow for major improvement works
To carry out Retrofit assessments and report on the EPC ratings
To use energy software to assess properties for upgrade, and analyse this data to produce programmes for major improvement works
To report on any changes that may have a financial impact to the Energy Manager
To ensure that all risk assessments, project and improvement are conducted appropriately
The ideal candidate would have:
A Retrofit Coordinator/ Assessor qualification
A qualification and relevant experience in domestic energy assessment
A degree in Building Services or equivalent
