RGB Recruitment are delighted to be working with a reputable roofing contractor in search for a site supervisor to join the team on a permanent basis.

Position: Site Supervisor

The role will be to support the Contracts Manager in organisation and controlling all site operations across South Devon & Exeter.
The role will be field based and will be responsible for the day to day runnings of approximately 15 contracts.

Responsibilities:

• Conducting pre-roof inspections, mid-roof inspections & completion sign-off’s
• Delivery of toolbox talks to our tradesmen, material monitoring
• Plot scheduling with site teams and Contracts Manager
• Liaising and organising our workforce of roofing tradesmen and labourers
• Regular communication with our in-house buying department to ensure continuity and scheduling of works is correct
• Attendance of weekly sub-contractor meetings on site
• Attend weekly meetings discuss progress and planning

• Full driving licence 
• Minimum of 3 years experience in the construction industry 
• CSCS card 
• Good IT skills, customer service and communication skills 
• Ability to work under pressure
