We have a brilliant opportunity for a Trainee Consultant to join us in our new Winslade Park office. Due to the continued growth of our team, we have an opportunity for a Trainee level Recruitment Consultant to join our team working on a warm desk.

• Someone who genuinely enjoys building lasting relationships with clients
• Someone who wants to be a part of their market, keen to attend networking, social, charitable and sporting events in a professional capacity
• A sense of humour, we have a fun team and you need to know how to have a good time
• A proactive and entrepreneurial spirit; we have some great tools at our disposal including the oldest and probably largest database in the South West, we want someone who wants to use these tools to their benefit

The Desk

You’ll be working on the M&E Contracting desk which is part of our Building Services division, covering the South West, Bristol, South Wales, South Coast and the West Midlands. You’ll be working with construction professionals, so a sense of humour and a great personality are essential. For the right person this role presents an excellent opportunity as there is good expand this desk which in itself presents further opportunity. This desk has the opportunity to place permanent and temporary roles, giving you a real opportunity to make some great commission!

Responsibilities will include:

• Developing new business
• Creating and maintaining relationships with clients, both local and national
• Qualifying and arranging the introduction of skilled individuals to construction market
• Advising industry professionals
• Managing the recruitment process
• Client and candidate visits
• Representing RGB Recruitment at networking events
