Assistant Site Manager – Residential New Build
12 month fixed term contract
Are you an Assistant Site Manager, with a new build housing background?
Do you live within a commutable distance of Plymouth and surrounding?
Are you able to commit to 12-15 months work?
Can you start on the 1st of April?
This opportunity would suit someone who has a strong background in finishing and customer care, as this will be your main responsibility on site, ensuring Plots are handed over to an exceptional standard and within the time frame. You will of course have experience with new build housing whether that be on volume housing sites or one off bespoke new builds.
You will be accustomed to working in a pressured and fast paced environment. This is a particularly demanding scheme which will require a strong and self-motivated individual to support the site manager and help deliver the remaining plots on site over the next 12 months.
Applicants must have:-
- Previous site experience within house building
- Excellent IT and Communication Skills
- Drive and ambition
- A trade background would be an advantage
- Valid management site safety certificates, such as SSSTS or SMSTS, CSCS card and first aid
You will be employed directly by the client for the duration of this site which will be completed within 12 to 15 months. Interviews are to be held next week and a start date of the 1st of April or as near as is required. Due to the short timescale you might be required to initially join as a temp for 1 to 2 weeks until your contract sent.
The competitive salary is offered doe with a car allowance, holiday pension and mileage.
