Contracts & PQQ Administrator
A thriving Regional Contractor is currently seeking to strengthen their team with the appointment of an experienced Contracts & PQQ Administrator.
Their portfolio of work is vast and varied - over the years they have worked with domestic customers, independent clients and Public sector organisations and they are in need of an accomplished individual to work with them and become a valued part of their highly experienced and committed team.
In this important, varied and challenging role, you will be responsible for producing accurate, specific and professional responses for construction related pre-qualification, framework and tender submissions.
Liaising and interacting with the Management Team, you will research and understand the nature of the contracts and projects the company is involved with in order to continuously improve bid submissions, presentations and client interviews. Working to tight deadlines, the role will require a high level of accuracy, innovation and creative input.
Applications are sought from experienced and highly motivated individuals with previous experience in a similar role. Candidates will ideally have a sound understanding of the construction industry ideally to include framework submissions.
Highly organised and IT literate you should be competent and creative with a range of software. Applicants should have excellent communication skills both written and verbal with the ability to work on informative and well presented pre quals, tender and framework submissions.
