After joining the RGB team in 2020, Nicky has been a cornerstone in the development of our construction portfolio.
Specialising within permanent construction recruitment, she works with a range of white-collar contractors throughout the Southwest.
Nicky enjoys the variety that comes with working alongside both regional and tier one contractors filling their permanent white-collar pre-construction, operational, commercial, technical and support vacancies.
Known by some as “Judith Chalmers,” a playful nod to her love of holidays and exploring new places. When she’s not working, she enjoys unwinding with her favourite TV shows, seeking out great food, and planning her next getaway. She brings a warm, friendly presence to her role, along with a natural ability to build rapport and support those around her. Nicky’s enthusiasm, positivity, and down-to-earth nature make her a valued part of the team.
