Conner joined the RGB team in early 2025, taking over the Building Services desk Alongside Patrick & Jason in the Engineering team. From Electrical engineers to BIM and CAD Technicians, Conner is responsible for sourcing and placing a wide range of roles across this fast-paced desk.
His calm demeanour and proven recruitment experience provide a steady platform for building relationships with clients, giving him the ability to clearly and succinctly communicate key details of roles to both employers and potential employees.
