Covering 2 sites
Working for a leading Construction company assisting on a busy site within general office support. Required to cover 2 sites in the Newport area. This position is temporary for 5 weeks but could go on to a longer contract for the right person.
Duties will include
- Administration, registering new workers on to the system
- Managing all site safety equipment and keeping files up to date
- Maintaining all site records, plant hire documents and updating when needed
- Managing any diaries for the site team and arranging meeting rooms
- Taking minutes in meetings when needed
- Meeting and greeting any visitors to site
Hours are Monday - Friday.
The right candidate must have good IT skills and have previous experience within Administration, ideally within construction but not essential.
This position is to start immediately, transport would be essential for the role.
