A locally based, focussed and collaborative construction management company with a passion for delivery is seeking to expand their team of professionals with an interim Site Manager for an ongoing development.
The scheme, a new build eco home development in a village setting, requires and experienced Manager to assume daily responsibility for sub-contractor management, Health & safety and programme delivery.
In addition to having the usual site tickets (SMSTS, CSCS card and First aid at work), you'll also need to have previous experience of managing smaller developments.
This is a temporary contract role of up to 12 weeks or so weeks but could pave the way to something more permanent if desired, subject to performance and workload.
